This is a character 
brought to my attention. Apparently Don Bluth's TV movie "Banjo the Woodpile Cat" had a cancelled theatrical release and that had a broader story and more characters. This is my attempt at Rocko, who was going to be the main villain of the theatrical film. Apparently his design was supposed to be a mixture of Warren T. Rat/Cat and Carface. I attempted to mix them, but didn't quite get what I expected. I will do some more with the attire he would probably wear. And seeing how well fed Carface is, I may try to do a few designs with a heftier version. And other than the middle head, I probably didn't make him look evil enough, but it was still fun doing this. I wish I could watch all these unreleased and cancelled films!
