K-9 Agency Tai Lung

It is a given that Tai Lung will be in K-9 Agency, since he is one of my favorite characters. He is from a different world and has a very different fate. I wanted to see how he would look in my style too. Definitely not perfect, but I do like how it turned out for the most part.
